Where is the hostel located?
Smile & Co Boutique Hostel is located right in the city center. We are located at Calle Rafael Terol 22, 03001 (Alicante).
Is it close to the beach and tourist attractions?
Yes, our hostel is located one minute from the Paseo Marítimo, nine minutes from the Old Town, and only 10 minutes from El Postiguet beach.
What types of rooms are available?
At Smile & Co Hostel, you can find up to 4 different types of rooms:
- Double room with twin beds
- Double room with double bed
- Triple room
- Two-bedroom apartment
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Upon arrival, remember to present photo ID and a credit card. It is also important to notify the accommodation in advance of your approximate arrival time.
Check-out is from 4:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
If you need to arrange special opening hours, we recommend that you give advance notice so that they can assist you.
Is it acceptable to arrive late?
Yes, it’s no problem if you arrive a little later. If you need to arrange a special schedule, we recommend that you give advance notice so that they can organise themselves and help you in the best way possible.
Please note that reception closes at 9 p.m. After that time, please notify Smile & Co. For arrivals later than 11 p.m., a charge of €15 will apply.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are part of the family. At Smile & Co Hostel, we welcome your furry friends so they can enjoy a fantastic holiday with you.
To do so, you will need to contact us, as admission is on request and a supplement may apply.
Does it have Wi-Fi and air conditioning?
Yes, all our rooms have free Wi-Fi internet access. They also have air conditioning.
Is there parking?
There is private parking nearby. Reservations are required. The price is €12 per day.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, breakfast is included. We offer a delicious continental breakfast served directly in your room, so you can start your day in complete comfort and tranquillity.
Our breakfast consists of orange juice, coffee with milk or another hot beverage, croissants, Spanish-style toast with olive oil and fresh tomato or, if you prefer, with butter and jam. You can also enjoy yoghurt and cereal.

What is the minimum age for accommodation?
You must be at least 18 years old to check in. This ensures a comfortable and safe stay for all our guests. Children of any age are welcome. Children aged 3 and above pay the adult rate for this accommodation.
Can extra beds or cribs be added?
Yes, we have cots available for babies aged 0 to 2 years upon request. The cost is €7 per child per night. Please note that this amount is not included in the total price of the booking and will be paid separately during your stay.
The number of cots available will depend on the type of accommodation you choose, so we recommend checking the specific conditions of your option before booking.
We currently do not have extra beds available in the accommodation. All cots are subject to availability, so we advise you to request them in advance to guarantee availability.
Are bachelor parties or parties allowed?
No, at the hostel we prioritise rest and a peaceful atmosphere, so stag parties and similar celebrations are not permitted.
In addition, noise must be minimised between 11 p.m. and 12 noon.
